Terms of Service

The already-released apps below are governed by their own Terms of Service, and are not covered here.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using any application ("the App" / "the Apps") newly provided by Yuto Sasaki ("we" or "us") after these Terms are posted.

1. Application

These Terms apply to every aspect of the relationship between users and us regarding the Apps. Where an individual provision is given within an App or in the guidance for a specific App, that provision takes precedence. These Terms do not apply to Apps that have their own separate Terms of Service.

2. Registration

The Apps can, as a rule, be used without registration. Where registration is required, it is stated within the relevant App.

3. Prohibited Conduct

4. Suspension of Service

We may suspend provision of the Apps without prior notice in cases such as system maintenance, failures, or force majeure.

5. Paid Plans

Some Apps may offer paid plans such as subscriptions. Their contents, prices, and billing conditions follow the display within each App and the rules of each store (App Store / Google Play). Cancellation follows each store's procedures.

6. Intellectual Property and User Data

Intellectual property rights in the Apps belong to us or to their rightful holders. Rights to data created by users within the Apps (notes, records, etc.) belong to the users.

7. Disclaimer

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we bear no liability for any damage arising to users from use of the Apps.

8. Changes to the Service

We may change the contents of, or discontinue, the Apps without prior notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms without individual notice when we deem it necessary. Continued use of the Apps after a revision is deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the Apps, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
